Here are the most commonly asked grill cleaning questions. If your questions aren’t answered here, please use our contact form or call us at 615-920-4844.

Q: What type of cleaning process do you use to clean my grill?
A:
We use food grade cleaners, an assortment of tools, and hard work in a condensed procedure tailored to your grill to ensure it is as clean as we can get it depending on its condition (rust, deterioration, etc). Removable components are placed in our proprietary steam tanks to soak and are placed back in the grill once they are clean.

Q: What should my expectation for the cleaning be?
A:
Condition permitting, our goal is to return the grill to its showroom shine inside and out. With that being said, not every grill is built with the same quality or used the same; results can and do vary. Leveraging years of experience, our priority is to restore the grill to the best condition we can get it to on the interior and exterior.

Q: How long does it take to clean my grill?
A:
Our process generally takes 3-4 hours to complete but it depends on the size, brand, and condition of your grill.

Q: How much does it cost to clean my grill?
A:
We like to use the term ‘investment’ because most of our clients have made large investments purchasing their BBQ grill or outdoor kitchen. We want to help you protect that investment through quality care, cleaning and maintenance. Our pricing is based on the brand and size of your grill. Call or text John at 615-920-4844 or use the form on our Book Now page for details and a free estimate.

Q: How often should my grill or outdoor kitchen be cleaned and serviced?
A:
For high end grills, we recommend bi-annual servicing. Regular cleaning and maintenance ensures your grill is operating properly and fights rust/corrosion growth and deterioration from baked on grease.

Q: My grill has problems, can you fix that as well?
A:
Give John a call at 615-920-4844 so we can learn more about your situation. On the occasion we can not perform a certain repair, we have a network of vetted referral partners we can put you in touch with.

Q: Will you replace faulty parts while you’re at my house performing a cleaning?
A:
We do not carry replacement parts due to there being so many different brands and models. Our service includes a series of free diagnoses and if needed, we will help locate replacement parts after the cleaning service is complete. If requested, we will return to install the replacements on a later date.

Q: Do I need to be home for your grill cleaning service?
A:
While we enjoy and encourage meeting our clients face-to-face, we will gladly service your grill or outdoor kitchen while you’re away from home. As long as we have access to the grill and you are comfortable with us being there, we’ll be good to go.

Q: My grill is on wheels. Do you need to move it or take it away to clean it?
A:
No. We make it convenient for you by coming to your home. We are a fully-mobile business! We will set up a work site where the grill stands with tarps and mats to prevent any debris tracking onto your porch/patio.

Q: After the cleaning, what can I do in the meantime to protect my grill?
A:
There’s a few things we recommend to proactively protect your grill:

  1. Invest in a cover from the manufacturer of your grill. If your grill is even slightly exposed to the outdoors, water will be able to find its way inside of it. The cover will keep the interior of the grill dry.

  2. After cooking, leave your grill burning on high heat for 5-10 minutes to eradicate any remaining liquids from cooking.

  3. Every once in a while, it is good to use your preferred cooking oil to lubricate the cooking grates. This will help protect them from rusting.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A:
Our invoices are payable by ACH or credit card, but we can take cash or check.
